Do I need separate passwords for each app?
No. One growSME password unlocks everything. If you change your password on growSME, it updates across all four apps instantly.
What happens if my subscription expires?
Access to all four apps is paused automatically. Your data is safe. Renew anytime from your growSME dashboard and access is restored immediately.
Can multiple employees use the same growSME account?
growSME manages one account per business. Each app — HRMS, CRM, Digital Marketing and ScreenFlow — has its own role and permission system within your company.
Can I access the apps without going through growSME?
Yes. Each app has its own login page as a fallback. But the easiest way is to click 'Open App' from your growSME dashboard — no password needed.
Is my data safe across the four apps?
Yes. Each app stores its own data in its own database. growSME only manages your identity and subscription — it does not read or store your HR records, marketing content, or CRM data.
