Please read these terms carefully before using the growERP Eco-System platform. By registering an account you agree to be bound by these terms.
By registering for or using the growERP Eco-System platform ("Service"), operated by Karva Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including businesses ("SMEs") that access HRMS, Digital Marketing, Digital Signage, and CRM through the growERP platform.
growERP Eco-System is a centralised registration and subscription management portal that provides SMEs with single-sign-on access to four software products developed by Karva Technologies: • HRMS — Human Resource Management System (attendance, payroll, leave, recruitment) • Digital Marketing — Social and brand presence management • Digital Signage — Screen and display content management • CRM — Customer Relationship Management (Phase 2) The individual applications are hosted separately and governed by the credentials and entitlements managed through this portal.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full name, business email, phone number, company name, and company address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at admin@karvatechnologies.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. One growERP account provides access to all products your subscription entitles you to — you may not share credentials between multiple businesses.
growERP offers the following subscription plans: • Monthly Plan — ₹1,200 per month (exclusive of GST at 18%) = ₹1,416 per month inclusive • Yearly Plan — ₹1,000 per month billed annually at ₹12,000 (exclusive of GST) = ₹14,160 per year inclusive All plans include access to HRMS, Digital Marketing, Digital Signage, and CRM (when available). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Tax invoices will be issued for all payments and are available for download from your dashboard. A 3-month free trial is available to new registrations. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue accessing the products.
Karva Technologies may issue coupon codes that provide free access for a specified period (3, 6, or 12 months). Coupons are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to validity dates and usage limits as specified at the time of issue. Each coupon may only be redeemed once per account. Karva Technologies reserves the right to revoke coupons in cases of suspected misuse.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your growERP dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will retain access until that date. Karva Technologies does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact admin@karvatechnologies.com within 7 days of the charge with your invoice number.
You agree not to use the Service to: • Upload or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data • Use the platform for purposes other than legitimate business operations • Reproduce, sell, or sublicense access to any product in the growERP suite • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service Karva Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these conditions without prior notice.
All software, branding, content, and materials made available through the growERP Eco-System are the intellectual property of Karva Technologies or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent from Karva Technologies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Karva Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Karva Technologies endeavours to maintain high availability of the growERP platform and all connected products. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, internet connectivity, or force majeure events.
Data you enter into the growERP platform and connected applications remains yours. Karva Technologies does not claim ownership over your business data. Upon termination of your account, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, data may be deleted from our systems in accordance with our retention policy.
Karva Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
