Terms of Service

By registering for or using the growSME platform (Service), operated by Karva Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including SMEs that access HRMS, Digital Marketing, Digital Signage, and CRM through the growSME platform.

growSME is a centralised registration and subscription management portal that provides SMEs with single-sign-on access to four software products developed by Karva Technologies:

HRMS — Human Resource Management System (attendance, payroll, leave, recruitment).

Digital Marketing — Social media scheduling, brand presence management, and analytics.

Digital Signage (ScreenFlow) — Screen and display content management.

CRM — Customer Relationship Management (leads, pipeline, customer 360).

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full name, business email, phone number, company name, and company address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at admin@karvatechnologies.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

One growSME account provides access to all products your subscription entitles you to. You may not share credentials between multiple businesses.

growSME offers the following subscription plans (exclusive of 18% GST):

Monthly Plan — ₹1,200 per month (+ ₹216 GST = ₹1,416 per month inclusive).

Yearly Plan — ₹1,000 per month billed annually at ₹12,000 (+ ₹2,160 GST = ₹14,160 per year inclusive).

All plans include access to HRMS, Digital Marketing, Digital Signage, and CRM. Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.

Payments are processed via Razorpay. GST tax invoices are issued for all payments and available from your dashboard.

Monthly subscriptions: if you experience a verified technical failure that prevents access for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period.

Yearly subscriptions: a partial refund may be issued for unused complete months remaining on the subscription, at our discretion, less any applicable fees.

To request a refund, email admin@karvatechnologies.com with your account details and reason.

You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or any unlawful content.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any application.

Resell or sublicense access to the platform to third parties without written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All business data you enter into the platform (employee records, customer data, marketing content, etc.) remains your property.

We process your data as a data processor on your behalf, under the terms of our Privacy Policy.

You may export your data at any time from within the application. Upon account termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, except where legal obligations require longer retention.

We target 99.5% uptime (monthly) for the growSME platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.

Yearly plan subscribers are entitled to a 99.9% SLA. Credits for downtime below the SLA threshold will be issued as account credits.

We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Razorpay, MongoDB Atlas, cloud providers) or force majeure events.

All software, designs, trademarks, and content on the growSME platform are the property of Karva Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your business operations during the subscription period.

This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karva Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in that month.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our gross negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you breach these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in unlawful activity.

Upon termination, your access to all connected applications will be revoked. Your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email address at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
